La Catrina was created between 1910 – 1913 by a cartoon illustrator and lithographer José Guadalupe Posada. Depicts a Female Skeleton and the artist aimed to mock the indigenous Mexicans who imitated European style.
Our kitchen is inspired by creations from many talented chefs from Baja California.
